Meet Kara
The Negotiation Coach for Women.
Kara Robinson is the Founder of Mission Is Possible, LLC specializing in one-on-one private negotiation training, skills development, and coaching for Mid-Career and aspiring Executive Women Leaders. She is passionate about her work and has nearly a decade of experience in leadership, personnel administration, and program management.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Andrews University, Kara completed a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore. Committed to professional growth and development, she holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland University College (now University of Maryland Global Campus). A trained John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, Coach, and DISC trainer and Consultant, Kara is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
Looking ahead, Kara has been accepted into the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, set to begin Spring 2022. She successfully turned her passion into practical knowledge that you can use to discover your life's mission with confidence, develop leadership skills and tap into the power of negotiation through study and practical application of proven methods. Working together, Kara moves you and your team or organization in the desired direction to realize your goals by taking bold action.
